Established in Dili, Timor-Leste in 2015, Dynamic Management & Consulting has spent nearly a decade delivering exceptional business management and consulting services to a diverse array of clients across Timor-Leste. Our Directors

Dynamic Management & Consulting is led by two directors who bring complementary strengths across management and delivery.

Greg Duncan

Managing Director

Greg brings a robust background in business management together with significant experience in mechanical engineering and construction. Drawing on years of hands-on roles as both a Projects Manager and a leader of large-scale builds, he is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, client relationships and the delivery of every engagement to the highest standard.

Maria Amado

Director

Maria is a leading translator in Timor-Leste, specializing in English, Portuguese and Tetum along with several other languages. Her fluency, combined with her degree in Business Management, allows her to excel in entrepreneurship development, market development and training. Her multifaceted skills are integral to the firm's ability to provide comprehensive consulting services to both local and international clients.

Supporting our directors is a dedicated full-time engineer who delivers the technical backbone of our work.

Jezinho Belo

Full-Time Engineer

Jezinho is the firm's full-time engineer, bringing expertise in civil engineering and proficiency across engineering software including AutoCAD, SketchUp and ETABS. He designs structural systems, performs load calculations and prepares detailed engineering drawings — ensuring our solutions are practical, sound and delivered to specification, and giving clients confidence in both the management and technical execution of their projects.
