Design and PMCA for GPM compound construction in Dili — including drainage remediation, new toilet facilities, a rest-area kiosk, emergency drainage sump pumps, permeable grass-paver paving and a timber slat screen.

Menzies — Toxicology Laboratory Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the Toxicology laboratory at the National Health Laboratory, Dili — new laboratory casework and fume-safe benches, vinyl flooring, LED lighting, emergency safety shower and eyewash, washroom upgrade and external drainage works.

Construction of a new Bacteriology laboratory at the Veterinary Laboratory of Dili for Menzies School of Health Research — a purpose-built facility with stainless wash-up stations, laboratory benching, viewing windows and full services.

Office Fit-out

United States Peace Corps

Construction project management of a new 1,000m² office build-out at Palm Business Centre, including commissioning, O&M handover and systems training. Site photography is restricted as this is a secure facility.
